Meet Our Coaches

Lancaster Composite MTB Team includes more than 30 NICA certified coaches who volunteer their time, knowledge, and encouragement to support one of the largest youth mountain bike teams in the midwest. As our team grows, our Team Director and Ride Group Managers work together to create a welcoming and energetic environment for students whether they are just getting familiar with natural surface trail riding or are challenging to be out front of the fastest competition. We support all student athletes from party pacers to podium pushers because of our coaches. Anyone interested in learning about Coaching for Lancaster Composite MTB Team can connect with our Team Director.
